Description
A boutique two-storey residential development offering a considered mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with its own covered veranda, and several also benefiting from a private roof garden. Built to an A energy efficiency rating, every apartment includes a rooftop photovoltaic installation, split-unit air conditioning, and video door phone access at both the building entrance and the apartment door.
Construction is in reinforced concrete with 33cm thermal-insulating exterior brickwork. Interiors combine ceramic tiling in the living and kitchen areas with laminate parquet flooring in the bedrooms and ceramic finishes on the bathroom floors and walls. Thermal-break aluminium sliding and tilt-and-turn window systems with double energy glazing and glass balcony balustrades complete the building envelope, while the communal areas are finished in marble flooring. Each apartment comes with its own allocated storage room and parking space.
